Sergey Ostrovsky, soloist

As a musician, when it comes to teaching my own child music and especially violin, knowing how many things can go wrong and destroy the child later, choosing the right teacher for the beginning of the studies is undoubtedly one of the most critical decisions to make.

I have been struggling with this decision for a long time, rather not letting my daughter to study violin at all, than letting Maya study badly.

At the first lesson with Mrs Liana Tretiakova I saw the reaction of my daughter and understood, that this would probably be the only person I would trust to teach my child. Therefore I bring Maya regularly to Zurich, which is 3 hours away from our home, to take lessons at the Zakhar Bron School of Music. When it comes to the studies of my own child I will make no compromises!
