Emilia von Albertini and Irina Pak perform in Davos

On 20 February 2010 two young violinists gave a concert in the San Theodul church in Davos.

A seven year old Emilia von Albertini (student of Liana Tretyakova) and Irina Pak, a 24 years old teacher at the ZBSM, performed together with the Davos organist Annetta Schmidt. The program was versatile and included compositions from Bach to Schnittke.

The younger of the two performers, Emilia, presented to the public Gluck’s Melody and Preludium and Allegro in the style of Pugniani, a virtuosic piece by Kreisler. Irina Pak impressed the audience with her mastery, performing Paganini’s famous Caprice number 24, a Sonata of Max Reger and a virtuosic piece of Natan Milstein.
